چکیده

درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش وتعهد (ACT) یکی از درمان‌های نوظهور موج سومی است که به جای تغییر افکار برکاهش نفوذ فکر بر رفتار و عملکرد فرد و همچنین افزایش انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی متمرکز است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی گروه درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی و نشخوارفکری و اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی در دانش‌آموزان دختر متوسطه دوم دارای افت تحصیلی شهرستان اندیمشک انجام شد. این پژوهش با روش نیمه آزمایشی و طرح پیش‌آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل، با جامعه آماری کلیه دانش‌آموزان دارای افت تحصیلی شهرستان اندیمشک انجام شد. به این صورت که از بین نواحی آموزش و پرورش این شهر یک ناحیه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و از این ناحیه سه مدرسه و از این مدارس پنج کلاس به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و تعداد 30 دانش‌آموز به صورت هدفمند در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارت بودند از پرسشنامه انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی، پرسشنامه نشخوار فکری نولن هوکسما و پرسشنامه اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی. داده‌های حاصل از این پژوهش با استفاده از روش اندازه‌گیری مکرر و نرم‌افزار آماری Spss-22 تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد گروه درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی و کاهش نشخوار فکری و کاهش اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی در دانش‌آموزان دختر متوسطه دوم دارای افت تحصیلی اثربخش بود. بر اساس یافته‌ها گروه درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد می‌تواند برنامه مداخلاتی کارآمدی برای دانش‌آموزان دارای افت تحصیلی باشد.

چکیده [English]

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is one of the emerging treatments of the third wave, which instead of changing thoughts, focuses on reducing the influence of thoughts on a person's behavior and performance, as well as increasing psychological flexibility. The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of group therapy based on acceptance and commitment on psychological flexibility, rumination and academic procrastination in the second secondary female students with academic failure in Andimshek city. This research was conducted with a semi-experimental method and a pre-test and post-test design with a control group, with the statistical population of all students with academic failure in Andimeshk city. In this way, one district was randomly selected from among the educational districts of this city, and three schools were randomly selected from this district, and five classes were randomly selected from these schools, and 30 students were purposefully placed in two experimental and control groups. The research tools were psychological flexibility questionnaire, Nolen Hoeksma rumination questionnaire and academic procrastination questionnaire. The data obtained from this research were analyzed using repeated measurement method and Spss-22 statistical software. The findings showed that group therapy based on acceptance and commitment was effective in increasing psychological flexibility and reducing rumination and reducing academic procrastination in secondary school female students with academic failure. Based on the findings, group therapy based on acceptance and commitment can be an effective intervention program for students with academic failure.
