چکیده

پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی راهبردهای مقابله با نارضایتی زناشویی در زوجین رضایتمند انجام شد. این پژوهش کیفی با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل مضمونی انجام شد. جمعیت موردمطالعه پژوهش برابر است با مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش که زوجین رضایتمند شهر تهران و بابل در سال 1402 که ملاک ورود به پژوهش داشتند را شامل می‌شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان بر مبنای منطق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از بین مراجعان واجد شرایط انتخاب شدند. فرایند نمونه‌گیری تا حصول اشباع نظری ادامه یافت و در نهایت 10 مشارکت‌کننده از طریق مصاحبه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. تحلیل مضمونی اطلاعات نشان داد که گفتگوی تحکیم بخش، فعال‌سازی حمایت تخصصی، توسعه انطباقی خویشتن، اتخاذ باورهای سازنده تداوم‌بخش زندگی، توجه به ساختارسازی کارآمد، فعال‌سازی والدگری و توسعه نقش، فعال‌سازی تعاملات حمایتی با خانواده‌ها و تعامل سودمند با محیط فرهنگی- اجتماعی هشت راهبرد اصلی در جهت مقابله با نارضایتی زناشویی  محسوب می‌شود. توجه به راهبرد مقابله منجر به پیشگیری از نارضایتی احتمالی در زوجین دیگر می‌شود و در برنامه‌های مشاوره‌ای می‌توان از این راهبردها بهره گرفت

چکیده [English]

The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying strategies to deal with marital dissatisfaction in satisfied couples. This qualitative research was conducted using thematic analysis approach. The study population of the research is equal to the participants of the research, which included the satisfied couples of Tehran and Babol in 2023 who met the criteria for entering the research The participants were selected based on the logic of purposive sampling from among the eligible clients. The sampling process continued until theoretical saturation was reached and finally 10 participants were studied through interviews. The thematic analysis of the data showed that the consolidation dialogue, the activation of specialized support, the adaptive development of oneself, the adoption of constructive beliefs that sustain life, attention to efficient structuring, the activation of parenting and role development, the activation of supportive interactions with families, and the beneficial interaction with the social-cultural environment are eight strategies.  It is considered the main way to deal with marital dissatisfaction. Paying attention to the coping strategy leads to the prevention of possible dissatisfaction in other couples, and these strategies can be used in counseling programs.
