چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور بررسی نقش بدتنظیمی هیجان و ادراک شایستگی در پیش‌بینی اضطراب امتحان دانش‌آموزان پسر دوره دوم متوسطه شهرستان میاندوآب انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه دانش‌آموزان پسر دوره دوم متوسطه شهرستان میاندوآب تشکیل داد که در نیمسال دوم تحصیلی 1400-1399 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. برای انجام نمونه‌گیری از روش تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای استفاده شد. تعداد افراد نمونه 250 نفر بود. آزمودنی‌ها با استفاده از مقیاس بدتنظیمی هیجان گراتس و رومر (2004)، مقیاس ادراک شایستگی هارتر (1982) و مقیاس اضطراب امتحان اسپیلبرگر (1980) مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. به‌منظور تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بدتنظیمی هیجان و ادراک شایستگی توان پیش‌بینی اضطراب امتحان دانش‌آموزان پسر دوره دوم متوسطه شهرستان میاندوآب را دارند (001/0P<)؛ و به ‌صورت ترکیبی، تنها متغیر بدتنظیمی هیجان توان پیش‌بینی اضطراب امتحان دانش‌آموزان پسر دوره دوم متوسطه شهرستان میاندوآب را دارد (001/0P<). با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌توان نتیجه گرفت چگونگی بدتنظیمی هیجان و ادراک شایستگی دانش‌آموزان می‌تواند در وضعیت اضطراب امتحان آن‌ها نقش مهمی داشته باشد.

چکیده [English]

The present study aimed to examine the role of emotion dysregulation and perception of competence in predicting test anxiety of male high school students in Miandoab city. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the study consisted of all male high school students in Miandoab who were studying in the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021. Multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to select 250 students as the research samples. Subjects were tested using the Gross and Roemer (2004) Emotion Disorder Scale, the Harter Competence Perception Scale (1982), and the Spielberger Test Anxiety Scale (1980). To analyze the data, a multiple regression analysis test was used. The results showed that emotion dysregulation and competency perception can predict test anxiety in male high school students in Miandoab city (p<0/001), and in combination, only the emotion dysregulation variable can predict the exam anxiety of male high school students in Miandoab city (p<0/001). According to the findings, it can be concluded that students' emotional dysregulation and perception of competence can play an important role in their exam anxiety.
