چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری بر کیفیت روابط جنسی و ابرازگری هیجانی زنان شاغل قربانی خشونت خانگی شهر خرم‌آباد بود. طرح تحقیق به صورت نیمه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون–پس‌آزمون، با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان شاغل قربانی خشونت خانگی شهر خرم‌آباد بود که از بین آنها 30 نفر به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (15نفر آزمایش و 15نفر گروه کنترل) جایگزین شدند. آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش به روش درمان شناختی رفتاری طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری مقیاس احساس تنهایی راسل و همکاران (1980)، کیفیت روابط جنسی صادقی و همکاران (2011) و ابرازگری هیجانی کینگ و امونز (2005) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. معیارهای ورود زنان شاغل قربانی خشونت خانگی ساکن شهر خرم آباد،رده سنی 30-50 سال و رضایت آگاهانه برای شرکت در پژوهش، معیارهای خروج : انصراف از ادامه همکاری، داشتن بیش از 2 جلسه غیبت در جلسات آموزشی که نتایج را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد، ابتلا به بیماری‌های همه گیر در طی جلسات. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و یک متغیره و نرم‌افزار 26spss استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که تفاوت معنی‌داری بین میانگین‌های پس‌آزمون کیفیت روابط جنسی و ابرازگری هیجانی دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل مشاهد شد (p<0.05). به عبارت دیگر می توان گفت درمان شناختی رفتاری بر کیفیت روابط جنسی و ابرازگری هیجانی زنان شاغل قربانی خشونت خانگی شهر خرم‌آباد به طور معنی‌داری مؤثر است. یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد با استفاده از درمان شناختی رفتاری می‌توان کیفیت روابط جنسی و ابراز گری هیجانی زنان متأهل قربانی خشونت خانگی را بهبود بخشید، بنابراین به کارگیری این روش‌ها توسط مشاوران و روانشناسان برای این افراد توصیه می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy on the quality of sexual relationships and emotional expression of working women who are victims of domestic violence in Khorram Abad city. The research design was semi-experimental with pre-test-post-test, with two experimental and control groups. The statistical population included all working women victims of domestic violence in Khorram Abad city, among whom 30 people were selected as available and randomly replaced in two experimental and control groups (15 experimental and 15 control groups). The subjects of the experimental group were trained in cognitive behavioral therapy during 8 sessions of 90 minutes. Russell et al.'s loneliness scale (1980), Sadeghi et al.'s quality of sexual relationships (2011), and King and Emmons' (2005) emotional expressiveness measuring tools were used. Entry criteria for working women victims of domestic violence living in Khorramabad city, age group 30-50 years and informed consent to participate in the research, exit criteria: refusal to continue cooperation, having more than 2 absences in training sessions that affect the results contracting epidemic diseases during meetings. To analyze the data, the statistical method of multivariate and univariate covariance analysis and SPSS 26 software were used. The findings showed that there was a significant difference between the post-test averages of the quality of sexual relations and emotional expressiveness of the experimental and control groups (p<0.05). In other words, it can be said that cognitive behavioral therapy is significantly effective on the quality of sexual relationships and emotional expression of working women who are victims of domestic violence in Khorram Abad city. The findings of this study showed that by using cognitive behavioral therapy, the quality of sexual relations and emotional expression of married women who are victims of domestic violence can be improved, so the use of these methods by counselors and psychologists is recommended for these people.
