چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش پیش‌بینی انزوای دختران دارای اختلال بدشکلی بر اساس طرحواره‌های ناسازگار و احساس تنهایی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش‌شناسی توصیفی و با روش همبستگی (پیش‌بین) بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دختران دارای اختلال بدشکلی مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاه تهران مرکزی بود؛ که بر اساس فرمول گرین (1991) تعداد 210 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه به روش دردسترس انتخاب شد. افراد نمونه به پرسشنامه‌های نگرانی از تصویر بدنی (لیتلتون و همکاران، 2005)؛ انزواطلبی (راسل، پپلا و کورتونا، 1978)؛ طرحواره یانگ (فرم کوتاه)؛ احساس تنهایی (SELSA-S) (دی ماتسو، برانن و بست، 2004)، پاسخ دادند. داده‌های حاصله به‌منظور تحلیل به روش رگرسیون و همبستگی پیرسون وارد نرم‌افزار SPSS24 شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مؤلفه‌های احساس تنهایی شامل تنهایی رمانتیک (14/0)، تنهایی خانوادگی (23/0)، تنهایی اجتماعی (13/0) و طرحواره‌های ناسازگار رهاشدگی بی‌ثباتی (28/0)، انزوای اجتماعی بیگانگی (25/0)، شرم (12/0)، شکست (17/0) و بازداری هیجانی (15/0) قادر به پیش­بینی انزوای دختران دارای اختلال بدشکلی می­باشد. بین محرومیت هیجانی (23/0r=)، رهاشدگی بی‌ثباتی (33/0r=)، انزوای اجتماعی بیگانگی (38/0r=)، شرم (27/0r=)، شکست (24/0r=)، اطاعت (18/0r=)، بازداری هیجانی (31/0r=)، معیارهای سرسختانه (14/0r=)، خویشتن‌داری خود انضباطی ناکافی (16/0r=)؛ همچنین بین تنهایی رمانتیک (29/0=r)،‌ تنهایی خانوادگی (37/0=r)، تنهایی اجتماعی (32/0=r) و نمره کل احساس تنهایی (52/0=r) با انزوای دختران دارای اختلال بدشکلی همبستگی مثبت معنی‌دار وجود دارد (05/0p>). نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که طرحواره‌های ناسازگار و احساس تنهایی توانایی پیش‌بینی انزوای دختران دارای اختلال بد شکلی را دارند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The aim of this research was to predict the isolation of girls with dysmorphic disorder based on incompatible schemas and feelings of loneliness. This research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of methodology and with correlation (predictive) method. Methods: The statistical population of this research included all girls with dysmorphic disorder studying in Central Tehran University; Based on Green's formula (1991), 210 people were selected as a sample using the available method. Sample subjects to body image concern questionnaires (Littleton et al., 2005); isolationism (Russell, Pepella and Cortona, 1978); Young's schema (short form); Feeling Loneliness (SELSA-S) (DiMazzo, Brannen, & Best, 2004), responded. The obtained data were entered into SPSS24 software for analysis by regression and Pearson correlation methods. Findings: The results of the research showed that the components of feeling lonely include romantic loneliness (0.14), family loneliness (0.23), social loneliness (0.13) and incompatible schemas of abandonment, instability (0.28), social isolation, alienation (0.25). 0), shame (0.12), failure (0.17) and emotional inhibition (0.15) can predict the isolation of girls with dysmorphic disorder. between emotional deprivation (r=0.23), instability abandonment (r=0.33), social isolation, alienation (r=0.38), shame (r=0.27), failure (r=0.24), Obedience (r=0.18), emotional inhibition (r=0.31), stubborn standards (r=0.14), insufficient self-discipline (r=0.16); Also, between romantic loneliness (r=0.29), family loneliness (r=0.37), social loneliness (r=0.32) and total loneliness score (r=0.52) with the isolation of girls with dysmorphic disorder. There is a significant positive correlation (p<0.05). Conclusion: The research results showed that incompatible schemas and feelings of loneliness have the ability to predict the isolation of girls with dysmorphic disorder.
