چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy on fear of negative evaluation and rumination in adolescents with isolation syndrome-depression. Method: The present study was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test design with a control group in terms of data collection and analysis. The statistical population of this study included all adolescents with IDS in a child and adolescent clinic located in the first quarter of 1401. The statistical sample of the present study was selected by voluntary sampling of 30 people (15 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group). In order to collect research data from the standard questionnaire scale, the standard questionnaire of the Fear of Negative Assessment Questionnaire (Watson and Friend,, 1969), the rumination questionnaire (Nolen Hooksma, 1991) and the Depression Questionnaire (Beck, 1961). Data analysis was performed using multivariate analysis tests and research hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS software. Findings: The results of multivariate analysis of covariance (Mankova) showed that with pre-test control, there was a significant difference between the mean scores of experimental and control groups in terms of fear of negative evaluation in the post-test. Therefore, participating in cognitive-behavioral therapy classes with pre-test score control is effective on the fear of negative evaluation in adolescents with withdrawn and depressed syndrome. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, the conclusion is that cognitive-behavioral therapy has a positive and direct effect on fear of negative evaluation and rumination in adolescents with withdrawal syndrome and depression.
