چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش غیرفعال سازی سبک بر اضطراب رقابت و همسال آزاری در دختران نوجوان مبتلا به علائم اضطراب اجرا شد. روش پژوهش طرح نیمه آزمایشی طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش دختران نوجوان مقطع متوسطه اول مبتلا به علائم اضطراب استان اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بود. از جامعه آماری مورد اشاره 40 نفر مبتنی بر ملاک‌های ورود از طریق فراخوان به‌صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب و سپس به‌صورت تصادفی ساده در 2 گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 20 نفر) گمارده شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارت بودند از: پرسشنامه اضطراب رقابت (زاغیان و همکاران، 1402) و پرسشنامه سنجش روابط نوجوانان همسال پارادا (Parada, 2006) بود. درحالی‌که گروه گواه در لیست انتظار بودند: گروه آزمایش آموزش غیرفعال سازی سبک (Absche, 2007) را طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای دریافت کردند. داده‌های گردآوری‌شده مطالعه با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره) تحلیل شد. محاسبات با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 26 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش غیرفعال سازی سبک بر کاهش اضطراب رقابت و همسال آزاری در دختران نوجوان مبتلا به علائم اضطراب اثربخش است (05/0p

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of style deactivation training on competition anxiety and peer harassment in adolescent girls with anxiety symptoms. The research method was a semi-experimental design of pre-test, post-test with a control group. The statistical population of the research was adolescent girls of the first secondary level with anxiety symptoms in Isfahan province in the academic year of 2011-2022. Based on the mentioned statistical population, 40 people were voluntarily selected based on the entry criteria and then randomly assigned to 2 experimental and control groups (20 people in each group). The research tools included Competition Anxiety Questionnaire (Zaghian et al., 2023) and Parada Peer Relationship Assessment Questionnaire (Parada, 2006).While the control group was in  waiting list   the experimental group received light inactivation training (Absheh, 2007) during 8 sessions of 90 minutes. The collected data of the study were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (multivariate covariance analysis).
