چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و مقایسه اویژگی های شخصیتی سلامت روان در افراد دارای اختلال هویت جنسی و افراد بهنجار انجام شده است.حجم نمونه شامل 80 نفر،40 نفر(20نفر زن،20نفر مرد) از افراد دارای اختلال هویت جنسی و40 نفر از افراد بهنجار(20نفر زن،20نفرمرد)می باشد که به ترتیب به روش نمونه گیری غیر تصادفی هدفدار و در دسترس انتخاب شده اند.جهت جمع آوری داده ها از دو پرسشنامه ویژگی های شخصیتی و سلامت روان استفاده شد.نتایج تحقیق با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری نشان داد که بین ویژگی های شخصیتی و سلامت روان در افراد دارای اختلال هویت جنسی و افراد بهنجار تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد.بین افراد دارای اختلال هویت جنسی و افراد بهنجار از نظر شاخص روان آزرده گرایی (P<0/01 ) ، برونگرایی (P<0/01) ، موافق بودن (P<0/01) ، با وجدان بودن (P<0/006) ، اضطراب (P<0/01) ، حساسیت بین فردی (P<0/01) ، افسردگی (P<0/01)واندیشه سازی پارانویید (P<0/01) تفاوت معنی دارمشاهده شد اما از لحاظ گشودگی(دلپذیربودن)، روانپریشی، وسواس و اجبار، هراس، جسمانی سازی و خصومت تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد .

چکیده [English]

The Objective of this survey was to analyze and compare personality characteristics and the mental health in people suffering from gender identity disorder and normal people. The sample volume included 80 people. 40 (20 females and 20 males) were suffering from gender identity disorder, and the other 40 people (20 females and 20 males) were normal selected using purposive and convenient nonrandom sampling methods respectively. The two Personality Traits and Mental Health questionnaires were applied to collect the data. Using multi-variance analysis, the results indicate that there is a significant relationship between personality characteristics and mental health in people suffering from gender identity disorder and normal people. A significant relationship was observed between personality patterns and prevalence of mental impairments in people suffering from gender identity disorder and normal people in neuroticism (p<0.01), extraversion (p<0.01), agreeableness (p<0.01), conscientiousness (p<0.006), anxiety (p<0.01), interpersonal sensitivity (p<0.01), depression (p<0.01), and paranoid imagination (p<0.01) indexes respect; but no significant differences were observed in Openness (delicacy), psychosis, obsession and compulsion, fear, embodiment and enmity respect .
