بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای زندگی بر بهبود کیفیّت زندگی، کاهش فشار روانی ادراکشده و افزایش سلامت روان در زنان سرپرست خانوار
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای زندگی (مهارت خودآگاهی و مهارت مدیریت فشار روانی) بر بهبود کیفیّت زندگی، کاهش فشار روانی ادراکشده و افزایش سلامت روان در زنان سرپرست خانوار شهرستان آذرشهر انجام گرفته است. 30 زن سرپرست خانوار بهصورت داوطلب انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش و گواه اختصاص یافتند. شرکتکنندهها به آزمون کیفیّت زندگی ویر و شربورن، مقیاس فشار روانی ادراکشده کوهن و پرسشنامهی سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ و هیلر پاسخ دادند. دادهها به روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارتهای زندگی در بهبود کیفیّت زندگی، کاهش فشار روانی ادراکشده و ارتقای سلامت زنان مؤثر است. لذا، پیشنهاد میشود آموزش مهارتهای خودآگاهی و مدیریت فشار روانی در برنامهی آموزشی، سازمان بهزیستی و کمیتهی امداد خمینی قرار گیرد.

اثربخشی درمان حساسیتزدایی با حرکت چشم و پردازش مجدّد بر سرگردانی ذهنی، کمرویی و اضطراب در افراد با اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان حساسیتزدایی با حرکت چشم و پردازش مجدد بر سرگردانی ذهنی، کمرویی و اضطراب در دانشجویان دارای اضطراب اجتماعی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. 30 دانشجوی با اضطراب اجتماعی از میان دانشجویان دانشگاه خلیج فارس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی (15 نفر) و گروه کنترل (15 نفر) اختصاص داده شدند. قبل و بعد از اجرای درمان، پرسشنامههای سرگردانی ذهنی، کمرویی و اضطراب اجتماعی بر روی دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش اجرا گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش حساسیتزدایی با حرکت چشم و پردازش مجدّد باعث کاهش سرگردانی ذهنی، کمرویی و اضطراب اجتماعی دانشجویان گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل شده است. در نتیجه میتوان بیان کرد که درمان حساسیتزدایی با حرکت چشم و پردازش مجدد در بهبود سرگردانی ذهنی و کمرویی و علایم اضطراب اجتماعی دانشجویان دارای اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی اثربخش است.

اثربخشی معنویتدرمانی بر کاهش افسردگی بیماران در بیماران زن مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس
این پژوهش با هدف، بررسی اثربخشی معنویتدرمانی بر کاهش افسردگی بیماران زن مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس انجام شده است. در یک مطالعه تک موردی آزمایشی از نوع خط پایه چندگانه دو بیمار مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس، پیش از درمان، حین درمان و پس از درمان با استفاده از مقیاس مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس لاویبوند (1995) ارزیابی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که معنویتدرمانی باعث کاهش افسردگی و درمان بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس شده است. درنهایت، میتوان گفت که این روش درمانی، مؤثر بوده و برای بررسی بیشتر اثربخشی آن، مطالعات ارزیابی کنترل شدهای در جهت رسیدن به نتیجه لازم است.

بررسی علایم روانشناختی در افراد با علایم اختلالات پارافیلیا و افراد عادی
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی علایم روانشناختی در افراد با علایم اختلالات پارافیلیا و افراد عادی بود. هفت نفر از افراد داوطلب با علایم اختلالات پارافیلیا مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای روانپزشکی و روانشناسی استان اصفهان و هفت نفر از افراد سالم بدون اختلال پارافیلیا بهصورت داوطلبانه برگزیده شدند. شرکتکنندهها مقیاسهای پارافیلیا و چک لیست نشانههای اختلالات روانی را تکمیل نمودند. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس و نرمافزار آماری SPSS-21 تحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان داد که تفاوت معنیدار در تمامی علایم روانشناختی (شکایات جسمانی با سطح معنیداری، وسواسی- اجباری، حساسیت در روابط متقابل، افسردگی، اضطراب، پرخاشگری، ترس مرضی، افکار پارانوئیدی و روانگسستهگرایی) در میان افراد با علایم اختلالات پارافیلیا و افراد عادی وجود دارد. به هر حال، ارائهی آموزش راهبردهای مقابله با اضطراب به مبتلایان و همچنین درمان اختلالاتروانی همبود به منظور کنترل و درمان انحرافات جنسی پیشنهاد میگردد.

بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) در کاهش علایم اختلال اضطراب جدایی کودکان
یکی از درمانهای موج سوم روان درمانی در رابطه با اختلالات اضطرابی، درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در کاهش علایم اختلال اضطراب جدایی کودکان بود که به روش نیمهآزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون وپسآزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. 28 کودک هفت و هشت ساله با تشخیص اختلال اضطراب جدایی مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای روانشناسی شهر رشت به روش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. والدین کودکان مقیاس سنجش اضطراب جدایی- فرم والد هان و همکاران تکمیل نمودند. درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد روی گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسه اجرا شد و دادهها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در کاهش علایم اضطراب جدایی کودکان مؤثر است. بنابراین، این درمان میتواند بهعنوان یک روش درمانی مؤثر در کاهش اضطراب جدایی کودکان به کار برده شود.

بررسی اثربخشی ذهن آگاهی مبتنی بر درمان شناختی (MBCT) بر تحمل پریشانی و شکفتگی در بیماران مرد تحت درمان متادون
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی ذهن آگاهی مبتنی بر درمان شناختی بر تحمل پریشانیوشکفتگی در بیماران مرد تحت درمان متادون شهرستان صحنه انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی یا پیشآزمون و پسآزمون و گروه کنترل بود. سی داوطلب مراجعهکننده به کلینک ترک اعتیاد رها شهر صحنه بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (پانزده نفر) و گروه کنترل (پانزده نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسهی نود دقیقهای در درمان ذهن آگاهی مبتنی بر درمان شناختی شرکت کردند. شرکتکنندهها پرسشنامههای تحمل پریشانی سیمونز و گاهر و شکفتگی دینر و بیسواز–دینر را در دو مرحلهی قبل از مداخله و بعد از مداخله تکمیل نمودند. دادهها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس و نرمافزار SPSS-21 تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که ذهن آگاهی مبتنی بر درمان شناختی باعث افزایش تحمل پریشانی و شکفتگی (001/0 p <) در گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل در مرحله پسآزمون شده است. به نظر میرسد ذهن آگاهی مبتنی بر درمان شناختی میتواند در افزایش تحمل پریشانی و شکفتگی بیماران مرد تحت درمان نگهدارنده با متادون مؤثر باشد.
