The present research was a quasi-experimental study with control group pretest and posttest design. The population of this study consisted of all third grade female high school students in Qazvin city during the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020. 30 student using purposins sampling method low scores on happiness selected and were assigned randomly to experimental group (15 members) and control groups (15 members). The participants of experimental group received the metacognitive skills training program in nine 60-minute sessions (2 sessions per week), and the participants of control group not recived any training program. Participants responded to the Perseverative Thinking Questionnaire Ehring et al., and the Morgan-Jinks Student Efficacy Scale. The data were analyzed using covariance analysis statistical method. The findings showed that with the control effect of pretest there is a significant difference between the mean post-test scores of the experimental and control groups in to preservative thinking and academic self-efficacy uariables. At all, the results showed that metacognitive skill trainingcan contribute toreduction of preservative thinking and improving academic self-efficacy in students with low levels of happiness.  }, keywords = {metacognitive skills,preservative thinking,Academic Self-Efficacy,students}, title_fa = {آموزش مهارت‌های فراشناختی بر کاهش تفکّر ارجاعی و بهیود خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانش آموزان با شادکامی پایین}, abstract_fa = {پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی آموزش مهارت‌های فراشناختی بر کاهش تفکّر ارجاعی و افزایش خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان با شادکامی پایین انجام شد. روش این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه‌ی این پژوهش شامل کلیه‌ی دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه‌ی سوم دوره‌ی متوسطه‌ی دوم شهر قزوین در در نیمسال دوم تحصیلی 98-1397 تشکیل دادند. 30 دانش‌آموز به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و بر اساس نمره‌ی پایین در مقیاس شادکامی انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گروه کنترل (15 نفر) گمارده شدند. شرکت‌کننده‌های گروه آزمایش برنامه‌ی آموزشی مهارت‌های فراشناختی را در نُه جلسه‌ی شصت دقیقه‌ای (هر هفته دو جلسه) به‌صورت گروهی دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. شرکت‌کننده‌ها به پرسش‌نامه‌ی تفکّر ارجاعی اهرینگ و همکاران و مقیاس خودکارآمدی تحصیلی جینکز و مورگان پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که با کنترل اثر پیش‌آزمون، بین میانگین نمرات پس‌آزمون گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل در متغیرهای تفکّر ارجاعی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد. در مجموع، نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارت‌های فراشناختی بر کاهش تفکّر ارجاعی و افزایش خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان با سطح شادکامی پایین تأثیر مثبت دارد.}, keywords_fa = {مهارت‌های فراشناختی,تقکّر ارجاعی,خودکارآمدی تحصیلی}, url = {https://jacp.scu.ac.ir/article_16513.html}, eprint = {https://jacp.scu.ac.ir/article_16513_2de4d1b3c4bd2769227085244c8b8a9f.pdf} }
